One of the first things that comes to my mind when considering a photo that has elements of surrealism or abstract art in it are Japanese women or men dressed in what appears to be a bikini. Whether it be in a commercial fashion ad, an anime image, a fashion spread in a magazine or a picture that has photorealistic qualities to it, the use of a woman (or more rarely, man) in a bikini can certainly create a surreal (in a good way) mood for a picture.
